What You'll Do

Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
Identify and establish new partnerships for healthcare referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop referral management strategies.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with healthcare providers.
Educate providers on our unique services and programs.
Communicate patient eligibility criteria and provide updates to referral partners.
Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics for improvements.
Implement initiatives to enhance the patient journey.
Address and resolve challenges or concerns from patients and partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement of patient lifecycle processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
Provide insights and recommendations for referral strategy.
Advocate for patients' needs and contribute to patientfocused strategy.

What You'll Bring To The Team

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success, Relationship Management, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in healthcare relationship management or business development.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and referral processes (plus).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong proficiency in English language (B2+ required)
A US Visa is required for travel (once every quarter)

Salary:
$4,000,000 - $4,700,000 per month
