What are the contractual conditions? Hybrid work in the city of Cali. Indefinite-term contract with all legal benefits. Basic Salary between COP $1.8M and $2M (Depending on your experience and seniority). Commissions without ceiling (Benefits) average of $1,000,000. Bearing Assistance of $350,000. Possibility of belonging to an important multinational. Grow professionally in the medium term. What requirements must you meet? Experience of more than 3 years in the tourism sector. Experience with B2B sales. Experience in business closing. Experience in training for work teams.
