BILINGUAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN / ENGLISH / SPANISH (FULL TIME)

Employment Type:
Full Time. 7am - 4pm. 40 hrs/week.

Monday - Friday. Indefinite term contract. Weekends off.


Location:
Bogotá.


Salary Range:
$2' $2,400.000


Vacancy Summary:
The systems technician will provide
PROFESSOR X systems and network support. Must be qualified and experienced to manage your data. Must speak English B2+ and have experience of IT support or Help Desk.

  • Solve damage/fix problems and provide user support to a growing user base.
  • Provide first level support and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networks and mobile devices.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to support tickets and document changes and fixes in appropriate tickets.
  • Provide training to users on office technologies.
  • Manage the configuration and deployment of new computers and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune Autopilot.
  • Manage the provisioning of Azure Active Directory accounts.
  • Support change requests in Office Microsoft Administration and Networking experience.
  • Document daily processes, procedures, and technical issues.
  • Work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks.
  • Escalate significant issues encountered with the IT infrastructure to other team members and help provide a solution.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and tasks.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with users and team members.
  • Able to independently analyze and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, VLANS, NGFW, computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Experience with Android and iOSbased cell phones and tablets.
  • Experience with Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.

Education & Experience:


  • Must have B2 or higher level of English (Bilingual Person).
  • High school education is required.
  • A technical and college education is preferred.
  • No experience is required. We offer paid training.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on computer.
