Neighbourhood Watch Australasia Limited (NHWA) is seeking to appoint a CEO to work with the Board to manage the operations of the organisation.
The location of this position is to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
NHWA is a federally funded not-for-profit registered charity organisation with DGR status, which is the overarching body of all member Neighbourhood Watch groups in Australia and Neighbourhood Support New Zealand organisations.
The successful applicant will be required to facilitate a comprehensive and coordinated range of financial and business support services - including financial management, project management, reporting to the Federal Government, risk management and office management services.

ensuring high standards of corporate governance are applied
delivering on key organisational and government projects as per the current funding agreement
stakeholder networking and relationship management
office and staff management
leading new Federal Government funding proposals and applications
Selection Criteria
executive leadership with strong financial skills
sound governance experience and understanding
sound networking and stakeholder relationship skills
ability to manage federal funding and other grant funding applications and progress reports
marketing skills, project management and delivery
