We are looking for a

_Tech Support Enginee_

r to join the Technology team

We have a challenge for those who

Give level 2 technical support of our internal and external products.
Receive incidents, be able to triage them, resolve them and if not possible, escalate with the brigade that maintains it.
Ensure compliance with the support SLA with our customers while maintaining our quality of response.
Detect recurring problems and propose improvements for them.

We consider a perfect match if you have:

_ Strong_

Communication skills. You will have to interact with external and internal customers.
Basic knowledge of Linux.
Basic knowledge of diagnosis tools, for example: Grafana, DataDog or New Relic.
Experience solving and doing follow ups of support cases.
Intermediate / Advanced English is necessary.
Be a fast learner

Bonus

Programming knowledge. (databases would be a plus, just know/can do basic queries)
Basic knowledge of software architecture both on premise and AWS.
