    Requirements:

    Education:
    High school diploma or technical training in administrative or related fields.

    Conversational English is required.

    Experience (minimum 12 recent months) in:
    Sales
    Cash register operation
    Customer service
    Receiving and organizing merchandise
    Inventory and stock control
    Product rotation
    Expiration date checks
    Other related duties in the food retail sector


    Work Schedule:
    Shifts may include mornings , afternoons , and nights

    (Weekly compensatory day off; availability from Monday to Sunday)


    Compensation Package:

    Base salary:
    $1,715,000 COP

    Commission-based incentives: Approx. $450,000 – $550,000 COP
