Importante multinacional del sector BPO Requiere más de 100 asesores en servicio al cliente en call center con experiencia mínima de 5 meses en servicio al cliente, ventas cruzadas, retención,Requisitos:
Residir en la ciudad de Bogotá
Bachilleres titulados.
Mayores de 18 años.
Estudios mínimos:
técnico o tecnólogo en áreas de la salud
Contar con cédula de ciudadanía Ciudadanos extranjeros, contar con PPT o PPE y documentos de escolaridad apostillados.
Contar con experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de call center, agendamiento de citas o servicio al cliente call center.
Condiciones:
Salario:
Prestaciones de ley Aux transporte, vacaciones, primas, cesantías, EPS, ARL, Caja de compensación Variable del 20% por cumplimiento.
Horario:
Rotativo, lunes a sábado, 48 horas semanales. Festivos
Domingos
Lugar de trabajo edificio elemento presencial
