RedValley is seeking a proactive and strategic
Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist you will spearhead digital marketing initiatives that amplify our mission and showcase our portfolio of work. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance visibility, engage audiences, and drive engagement across both MOYA Design Partners and FORMA by MOYA.

What You'll Do

Utilize SEO techniques to enhance website visibility and drive organic growth, conducting regular audits and keyword research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to each brand's voice, including compelling copy, blog posts, case studies, and newsletters that highlight our design philosophy and projects.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure marketing materials meet visual and brand standards.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize reach and engagement.

What You'll Bring To The Team

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the design, architecture, or branding industry.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and driving traffic.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for design and branding.
Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Salary:
$4,500,000 - $7,000,000 per month
