Sales and Customer Service Associate
As an SCSA (Sales and Customer Service Associate - 25 Hours per Week), you'll start learning our business from the first day.
You will be acting as a consultant and making the best recommendations for our customer while coordinating with out staff.
This includes both offering services to incoming callers, and answering questions and making recommendations of current customers.
This is a great position for someone with experience, bilingual, that is passionate and committed and wants to be part of a small reliable team.
This is a very independent role that requires high degree of communication, and a sense of urgency to signup and retain customers.
It will NOT require cold calling.
To be ready for this position you should have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at a Native or C1 level
- Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
- Be available from 3pm8pm Monday-Thursday, and 1PM to 6PM on Fridays.
- Have your own computer and strong internet connection
- Excellent communicator
- Shows commitment
Duties and responsibilities
- Offering assistance and responding to queries about services
- Provide recommendations according to customer needs and preferences
- Introduces promotions and new products to customers
- Documents sales by updating customer records
- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
- Alerts management of potential service opportunities, client problems or general important alerts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assists customers via phone
- Support in coach calendar updates and operations
Other Information
Part Time:
(25 Hours) With the possibility of going full time based on performance.
Location:
Bogota, Colombia - Home office - Work is remote with possible 2-5 days office face to face meetings every quarter.
Type of contract:
Freelance (But for an indefinite amount of time)
Start time:
In - 4 weeks
Salary Range COP $1,800, COP $200,000 (For Pension and Health Care) + Performance Bonus (Of Up to $150,000 per Quarter)
Benefits:
- Up to $60,000 COP towards Wi-Fi Internet Connection
Pay:
$1,800,000 - $2,400,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
