Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions for clients
  • Manage client accounts and assess opportunities for growth
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure client success and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide insights and expertise to clients on industry best practices and trends

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of human resources industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
