Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions for clients
- Manage client accounts and assess opportunities for growth
- Analyze data and metrics to measure client success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide insights and expertise to clients on industry best practices and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of human resources industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
