Join our global team, and work on a leading travel insurance claims system.
You will be supporting clients in North America, with the opportunity to learn the travel insurance business, and enhance your knowledge of leading automation technologies.
Location
You can be located in any country, in the same time zone as Colombia or Mexico. As you will work from home you need to have a study or suitable work space. Work days will be Monday-Friday, with a maximum 40 work hours per week. You need to be flexible to work late (1-2 hours) for 4 days in each week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial diagnosis of system issues
- Resolve simple technical issues
- Monitor system interfaces
- Liaise with integration partners
- Assist end users in North America with system queries
- Collaborate with the development team in Sydney to solve complex challenges
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years experience in a technical support role, in an enterprise grade environment
- A background in insurance claims, travel insurance or health insurance is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft stack: SQL /.Net / Azure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- A positive, cando personality
- A degree level qualification in IT
