    Job Description

    このポジションでは、RevComm Inc. の Senior Backend Engineer(Call Team) として、外部連携機能を開発リードします。既存の外部システムとの連携機能より効率的で拡張性の高い新たなアーキテクチャを設計・実装し、外部APIの統合、データフローの最適化、システム間のシームレスな通信の実現など、複数の外部システムとの連携を強化するための技術的な課題に取り組みます。また、開発プロセスにおいては、他のエンジニアやプロダクトマネージャー、デザイナーと密接に協力し、ビジネスニーズに即応した機能を提供することで、MiiTelシリーズのサービス品質向上に貢献していただきます。

    • 外部連携機能の開発リード
    • 外部APIの統合
    • データフローの最適化
    • システム間のシームレスな通信の実現

    開発環境

    • 言語:Python, Javascript など
    • フレームワーク:Django, FastAPI, Flask, Express など
    • データベース:PostgreSQL, DynamoDB など
    • インフラ:AWS (Fargate, Lambda, Aurora など)
    • その他:GitHub, Slack, Notion, Docker

    必須要件

    • プロジェクトをリードした経験
    • システムに対しての企画を立て実行する能力
    • 5年以上のソフトウェアエンジニアとしての経験
    • ウェブアプリケーションのバックエンドの設計と開発および運用経験
    • AWS などのパブリッククラウドでの開発経験
    • Docker や Kubernetes などのコンテナ技術での設計および開発経験
    • パフォーマンス、堅牢性、冗長性を考慮した設計および開発経験
    • Git を利用したチームでの開発経験
    • TerraformなどのIaCを利用した開発経験

    歓迎要件

    • Salesforce、Hubspot、kintone APIを利用したシステム開発および運用経験
    • GitHub actionsなどを使ったCI/CDの構築および運用経験
    • Datadogなどの監視と通知の導入および運用経験
    • ReactまたはVueを使ったフロントエンドの設計および開発の経験
    • 要件定義や基本設計の経験
    • コスト削減、大規模なリファクタリング、リアーキテクチャの経験
    • 大規模データ処理、分散システム、バッチ処理、ストリーミング処理などの経験
    • オープンソースへの貢献
    • ビジネスレベルの英語力

    年収 500万円 〜 1050万円

    ★条件面に関しては、ご経験・能力に応じて決定致します。
    ※時間外手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給します。なお、45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給します。

    (例)※年収/12分割の場合 年収1000万/月額84万(基本給60万+時間外手当24万)
