We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in outbound patient coordination to join our growing team.
+Responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls per day to patients due or overdue for dental hygiene appointments using Dentrix Ascend
- Schedule appointments directly in the practice management system
- Maintain accurate logs of call activity, appointments scheduled, and call outcomes
- Achieve daily and weekly productivity goals, maintaining detailed reports
- Coordinate effectively with office staff via Google Chat for same-day updates
- Represent the practice professionally and empathetically to enhance patient relationships
