Position:
Utility Program Manager

City:
Medellín - Remote

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Flexible.

Remuneration:
$3' '700.000

Responsibilities:

Attend and lead site meetings with owners, contractors, utilities, and finance groups.
Guide and support client building portfolios with capturing incentives for projects, in partnership with other staff.
Support Sales staff with incentive estimates and approaches and potentially presentations.
Guide and educate the team in regard to existing or upcoming programs.
Contribute toward the continued development of tools, templates, and resources.
Ensure on-time delivery of high quality, detailed, error-free products.

Experience Requirements:

Experience in Energy Services, proposal management, capital projects in buildings required.
Experience tracking numerous document packages of varying scope and schedule nature required.
Knowledge of Local Law 97, utility incentive programs, and decarbonization pathways a plus.
Knowledge of construction codes and principles a plus.

Skills Requirements:

Must be detailoriented and organized with technical documentation.
College degree and/or demonstrated experience in a technical services industry.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work across a crossfunctional team with differing directives and varying priorities.
