What are you going to do?:

  • Manage and maintain status reports for the sales team, ensuring that all activities are up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure that sales data matches with the rest of the company's information such as Billing Reports, and work to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Send and administrate contracts with clients, and ensure that all contract terms are accurately reflected in the company's records.
  • Work with the Head of Sales network to build and maintain strong relationships with the company's contacts.
  • Maintain reports to ensure CRM data quality and completeness, and work to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate salesrelated activities, such as events, Meetings, customer visits, trips.
  • Assist the sales team with any ad hoc requests or projects as needed.
  • Ensure that all salesrelated materials and information are organized and easily accessible.

  • Keeping a close relationship with the client. Gain trust, be partner.
  • Be the first point of contact for the company. Facilitate communication with the rest of the teams.
  • Follow Up with the client.
  • Increase Revenue
  • Retrieve information for new projects/needs
  • Coordinate, Assist & actively participate in meetings.

WITH TRUELOGIC TEAMS

  • Actively participate in meetings
  • Open Job Orders for new projects with the Talent Team
  • Work with the Tech team to estimate new projects
  • Build proposals for prospects/clients, answer RFPs
  • Pitch/present the company to prospected clients
  • Coordinate Interviews, meeting logisticss
  • Negotiate and coordinate contracts and renewals
  • Farm / meet new stakeholders
  • Keep the CRM, and TL's tools updated
  • Follow up with CClients and Leads

Why do we need your skills?:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support role or similar capacity.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive)
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Experience with LinkedIn
