    Title: Recruiting and HR Lead (Remote)

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (CST)

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiting and HR Lead to help our company grow by ensuring we bring on board only the best talent.

    Position Summary:

    Join us to play a key role in achieving our strategic objectives by delivering exceptional service and support. You'll focus on enhancing our recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, reflecting our company's vision, mission, and values.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to find the best candidates.
    • Screen and interview candidates through phone and Zoom to assess their fit with specific positions and our company culture.
    • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, creating a positive experience.
    • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth follow-up process with candidates.
    • Initiate the HR onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with all tasks.
    • Support hiring managers with interviewing best practices.
    • Promote the company brand positively on social media and other platforms.

    Requirements:

    • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing. 1 year of sales experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications.
    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
