Your responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for Therapeutic area brand performance with respect to sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets. Successfully translate the Global TA strategy, content and solution into localized tactical plans and measures. Develop and execute a tactical brand/launch plan at the local level.
  • Coordinate and manage crossfunctional teams to effectively execute on prioritized tactics. Consolidate a "oneteam" crossfunctional mindset between key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, Value & Access. Supports the process of prioritization and focus of key tasks to deliver the created xfunctional strategy.
  • Define, drive and oversee the launch planning and execution of upcoming therapies and products. Ensures the key launches of therapies in pipeline, by ensuring seamless crossfunctional and (as applicable) crossdivisional collaboration.
  • Enable a personalized customer experience of HCPs/HCOs. Develops a personalized experience for HCPs/HCOs with meaningful and relevant content//solutions/services using an omnichannel engagement (OCE) strategy.
  • Builds strong collaborations/relationships internally and externally to improve customer engagement.
  • Reimagine and rebuild talent capabilities, organizational structures and operating mindset of marketing and sales team. Align and adapt global initiatives to upskill our marketing profiles and responsibilities towards systemsthinking, innovation, influencing, teambased work. Build and develop a team ready to serve and innovative with local needs and market/client requirements.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • +3 years of experience leading commercial and x-functional teams.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working with highperforming regional and local marketing, medical and or access teams in healthcare/life sciences industry.
  • Track record of highly successful delivery and positive performance results.
  • In depth experience with customer/marketplace management, key dynamics and current knowledge of key competitors and their likely strategies within the TA.
  • Deep understanding of the most relevant market stakeholders (payers, governmental bodies, industry associations, professional associations and other stakeholders).
  • Desired enterprise leadership experience.
  • English and Spanish at a fluent level.
