How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive Recruitment activities in accordance with MDLZ policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Work with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements, leads and coaches managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent
- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies

  • Experience in talent acquisition processes and channels with dedicated and specialised expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling and closing capabilities
  • Expertise in local market knowledge, the most effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to drive efficiency in recruitment process
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive for results & customer service orientation
  • Strong project and vendor management skills, ability to lead complex projects and proactively manage work and drive continuous improvement

More about this role
Support the People Lead Talent Management in the execution plan of Talent Management agenda for WACAM.

This includes the following administrative tasks:

  • Preparation of support materials for presentations.
  • Support in coordination of HR activities and events.
  • Help to execute communication for WACAM related to Talent Management activities.
  • Help with the coordination of trainings/programs.
  • Support with required data & reporting.
  • Collecting data as needed.
  • Support with the Performance Management Cicle.
  • Support with Change Management communications.

Competencies

:


  • Business Administration or HR career related finished.
  • Ability to work with Excel and power point effectively.


  • Interpersonal Savvy

  • Relates well to all kinds of people in organization.
  • Perseverance does not give up until task is complete. Can keep o focus and deal with Ambiguity comfortable handling uncertainty
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • High communications skills verbally and written.
  • Microsoft Office package (specially Excel and Power Point advanced required).
  • Very creative person and outgoing.
  • Adaptability to Change in priorities.
