Job Description:


This role is a critical part of our business leadership team in the Latin America region with responsibility for the growth of our technology platforms/solutions and advocating for customer's needs.

The leader will be focused on the growth of our partner ecosystems and driving innovation efforts and hubs across the region.


With the steady growth of the business, this role is a necessary step in helping the regional sales teams embrace our evolving portfolio.

It requires a strong knowledge and experience in areas such as Data Management, SaaS solutions, Edge-Cloud Compute infrastructure and networking.


This is a broad-based role that will include:

  • Developing and executing a regional commercial strategy for our existing and emerging software platforms and capabilities.
  • Developing ideas and creating thought leadership around the portfolio, to simplify concepts and drive adoption at scale.
  • Strengthening the communication flow between the regional sales and the global Product Management & Engineering teams.
  • Nurturing relationships with key regional customers, partners and internal stakeholders and driving coinnovation activity.
  • Supporting and engaging on deal activity with our Enterprise Software Sales executives.
  • Define and execute innovation Hubs and projects with our System Integrators, Value Added Resellers/Distributors and other local entities.

We are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise software/technology platform sales, marketing, business management and/or business development.
  • Track record of success in launching and driving the adoption of new technologies at scale.
  • Success with developing a partner ecosystem.
  • Strong grasp of data management, IT/OT Convergence, XaaS Models, Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, IoT and networking concepts.
  • 5 years of experience in a consulting or startup environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Advanced Level of English.
