We are currently looking for a Mid Graphic Designer with a sophisticated aesthetic vision and an innovative mindset to help elevate our visual language across digital platforms and commercial touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who sees design as both craft and strategy — and who is excited about integrating AI-driven tools into creative workflows.

Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will act as a guardian of the brand's visual identity, leading the creation of high-impact content for social media, marketing campaigns, and commercial materials. You will collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to ensure that every visual asset reflects a premium, cohesive, and aspirational brand universe.

This role requires not only strong technical execution, but also strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and a deep sensitivity to beauty, storytelling, and detail.

What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy & Visual Storytelling

Lead the visual direction across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring a consistent and elevated aesthetic.

Conceptualize and produce dynamic content including reels, motion graphics, and editorial-style layouts aligned with beauty industry trends.

Ensure all visual content supports marketing objectives and reinforces the brand's narrative and tone.

Branding & Commercial Development

Design premium materials for product launches, including digital catalogs, newsletters, web banners, and point-of-sale (POS) assets.

Create high-impact commercial decks and presentations for strategic partners, retailers, and key accounts.

Maintain impeccable brand consistency across all customer touchpoints — from packaging to digital advertising.

Innovation & AI Integration

Optimize creative workflows by integrating generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, or similar) for backgrounds, product textures, and advanced retouching.

Use AI for rapid prototyping, campaign concepts, and visual mockups to reduce production time and costs.

Continuously explore emerging tools and technologies to keep the brand visually innovative and competitively ahead.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with consistent use in commercial and branding projects.

Strong, hands-on experience with After Effects, specifically for motion graphics, social media animations, reels, and short-form video content.

Proven experience using AI tools in creative workflows, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, or similar, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted image generation.

Demonstrated ability to combine traditional design techniques with AI-driven processes while maintaining high-quality, editorial-level visuals.

A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, motion graphics, and commercial campaigns with refined typography and color systems.

Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Ability to present and defend creative concepts clearly to stakeholders or leadership teams.
