Overview:

  • The Training Manager is responsible for the Administration and Coordination of the Training 2.0 Team, the Development Team, and the Data Reporting Team within the Business Evolution Area. Will have contact with the different stakeholders in the Training 2.0 cycle such as Senior Training Director, Training Directors, Senior Operation Directors, and Operations Directors.

Oversees three Leads:
the TR2.0, the Data Reporting Lead, the Audiovisual Production Lead, and the Software Development Lead. Will oversee implementing the area strategy agreed with the Business Evolution Sr. Director for each Quarter.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluates and sets the assigned resources to deliver the Projects within the Area's scope, assuring that each team and project has the necessary tools to deliver the best results.
  • Creates, followup and evaluates action plans that ensure the professional growth of its team.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Area's Projects within the timelines defined and discussed with the different stakeholders each Q.
  • Oversees the implementation of each Training 2.0 campaign based on quality script production, efficient content creation and Training and Operation KPI delivery.
  • Evaluates and proposes efficiency strategies using innovation and technology to deliver excellence in every project in charge.
  • Will find the correct balance of inputoutput strategies to create the best working environment possible, where efficiency is key for each of the area's team members.
  • Will propose, create, follow up and evaluate soft skills and hard skills training for each member of the team in charge, to boost confidence and delivery.
  • Evaluates and proposes new projects that can help the area scale our platforms using technology.
  • Defines with the Senior Director new projects that can be developed which will help deliver a better and more scalable service within the Training 2.0 strategy.
  • Defines and delivers new strategies to grow the TMS (Training Management System)
  • Reports to the Senior Director based on agreed KPIs on a weekly basis.
  • In charge of reporting KPIs for the members of its team.
  • Will have experience in LMS Management, Data Management, and Project Management that can be applied to ongoing projects within the area.
  • Must understand how software development cycles work and will have experience in the Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Proven Record in Team management and project management.
  • Likes video games and understands Game Based Learning and Gamification strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
  • Will discuss with clients, strategies to increase efficiency and speed to proficiency using the area's tools.
  • Will participate in the Company's Business Development cycle, creating value for our potential clients with the Area's strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Title on BA, Social Communication, Psychology or Pedagogy.
  • Master's Degree in Education preferred
  • Experience in Data Management
  • Experience in Project Management
  • 5 years of Experience in Education Related Jobs
  • BPO Industry Experience preferred
  • Problem solving, time management and results orientation focus
  • C1 English, proficient in Writing and Speaking with clients
  • Office (Excel proficiency) and Power BI Skills
