Requirements:


Must to have experience:

  • 2 or more years' experience in support, including people management.
  • Experience with IT operations for EDI and SAP.
  • Hands on experience with commonly used EDI concepts, practices, and procedures within the CPG industry.
  • Strong communication skills at a leadership level to provide updates to upper management.
  • Experience working with contracts, finance, and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Migration of the EDI part to SAP S4 HANA in the ITR (Issue to Resolution) and ML / PE (Manage Logistics / Partner Engagement) processes.
  • Operational support of SAP SD and OTC processes.
  • SAP SD process evaluations in all projects to determine areas of improvement in customer processes.
