    The Opportunity

    We're seeking an eCommerce Media Specialist to join our Client Services function. The Media Specialist reports into our Client Services division and supports our Media Managers with managing client media campaigns on eCommerce retail platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Creation: Developing campaign strategy and launching advertising campaigns on behalf of clients
    • Campaign Management: Utilising Flywheel's proprietary technology to drive ongoing optimization of advertising campaigns and drive towards client KPIs
    • Campaign Reporting: Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for clients
    • Strategic Consulting: Serving as a consultant to dig into every Amazon challenge via in-depth analysis and recommendations

    About You:

    • Digital sales or media experience, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side, is a plus
    • High attention to detail with ability to efficiently prioritise and execute projects with quality
    • Comfortable analysing dashboards and utilising spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from data
    • Bias for action with willingness to roll up sleeves and go the extra mile to persist and get the job done
    • Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems
    • Sense of ownership complemented by strong organisation and project management skills to meet deadlines
    • Team player with desire to contribute to team success and strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively internally and externally
    • Programmatic advertising experience with TTD, Google, Amazon DSP, Facebook Ads Manager, LiveRamp, or any other DSP console is a plus
