We are transforming our HR function at Convatec and are now looking for exceptional individuals to fill positions within our international HR Service Delivery Team, based in Bogotá.

The Talent Acquisition Partner role presents an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of this journey as we continue our quest to recruit top talent to join Convatec across various geographies and functions. It also offers the chance to contribute to shaping and optimizing talent acquisition services.


Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner role is designed to support and deliver talent acquisition services for entry to junior manager positions, providing significant development opportunities and contributing to the future of Convatec.

The role involves reporting to the Shared Services Talent Acquisition Admin Lead with direct oversight from the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe. The primary work location will be remotely, with 1-3 days per week in our Bogotá office.

You will be part of a dedicated HR community and global talent acquisition team, aiding Convatec in fostering an inclusive culture and identifying diverse talent for key positions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Running recruitment briefing calls for new vacancies.
  • Advising on sourcing strategies to fill new vacancies.
  • Guiding the shortlisting process and coordinating selection procedures.
  • Building talent pools for pivotal roles to establish pipelines for future vacancies.
  • Ensuring the Convatec brand is consistently represented throughout the recruitment process.

Additional Opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of new talent acquisition processes within a shared service framework, with continual enhancements to improve our services.
  • Addressing talent acquisition queries and requests, ensuring compliance with local market legislation.
  • Managing talent acquisition reporting for the designated areas to highlight quality, cost, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to enhance knowledge bases that support shared services.

We offer a 4-week induction and training program to familiarize you with Convatec's values for patients, customers, and employees, and to equip you with the necessary tools and systems for success in this role.

You will become part of a recently established talent management team, with growth opportunities within talent acquisition or broader talent and human resources areas.

Language Skills Required
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as German, French, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous.

Working Conditions
