We are searching for the best talent for to be Billing and customer service analyst in Bogota.

Purpose:

The Customer Service Specialist is a key point of contact for internal J&J functions and external parties to engage the Deliver and Customer Service organization and provides direct support to customers and facilitates transactional activities; is expected to navigate key relationships and collaborate as needed across functions to resolve customer issues.


You will be responsible for:


  • Responsible for order management activities with the scheduling deliveries and appointments, processing orders, order tracking and support to customer inquiries for new and existing orders.
  • Responsible for invoice management activities with customer sales orders, facilitating invoice corrections.
  • Reviewing customer billing plans, liaising with Finance and other parties for credit and debit processing, and special invoicing requirements to solve issues related to Orders, claims management, returns management, recall management.
  • To interact with other areas to find solutions and contact the customer with the final solution.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accountability or finance is desired or finishing the professional degree is desirable.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, returns or recalls Processing knowledge is required.
  • Experience in excel and billing is required.
  • Technical skills with MS Office, SAP, CIC, Salesforce are preferred.
  • Oral Portuguese is required.
