What You'll Bring:

Desired Experience and Qualifications

35 years of project management and related experience ideally in areas such as corporate strategy, strategic planning, M&A, market and competitive insights. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Natural problem solver, with proven ability to articulate and lead projects according to objectives, desired outcomes and timelines
Fluent in English, with excellent writing and verbal communications skills
Solid business acumen and attention to detail
Experience collaborating and coordinating a large portfolio of projects with constant interactions with business and technical teams to provide solutions
Customer centered with strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with a service attitude
Selfmotivated, proactive and with comfort in dealing with ambiguity and driving robust business decision recommendations supported by sometimes limited information
Strong analytical and data analysis skills including financial modeling and analytics on large datasets
Power user of MS Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Teams. Knowledge of Python and Power Bi a plus

Educational background

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, computer science or a related field. Ideal MS in Technology Management or MBA majoring in Strategy and Technology
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Impact You'll Make:

Project coordination and management

Articulate, define and scope objectives and execute project from start to finish
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Coordinate a portfolio of simultaneous projects across this solutions family team and other key stakeholders across the enterprise (e.g., product management, technology, finance, operations)
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fastpaced, crossfunctional, and highly matrixed environment.
Track project performance and impact and develop and present project updates

Stakeholder coordination and management

Facilitate meetings and presentations, managing the meeting pace and topics covered. Provide summaries and followup on outstanding issues and assigned tasks
Comfortable working in environments with little supervision and coordinating a large number of stakeholders

Relationship building

Build trust and accountability with crossfunctional teams, including internal stakeholders and clients, and project sponsors

Business analysis

Support general business analysis to support growth initiatives including (1) corporate capability assessments, (2) Competitive dynamics review, (3) Customer insights and segmentation, (4) Growth options articulation, evaluation and prioritization, and (5) Implementation planning and leadership.
