About the role:


What you'll do:


  • Respond to requests made by merchants, sales team, and others, complying with the processes of the area.
  • Interpret and execute the activities, according to the defined procedures and policies.
  • Conduct searches, gathering data and recording evidence from internal systems, the internet, commercial databases and enquiry with sales or compliance contacts within the organization.
  • Ensuring information is accurately and efficiently input onto our systems within specific timeframes.
  • Generate monthly reports supporting key controls.

What you'll need to succed:


  • Technical studies or studies in progress in related financial or administrative careers
  • Experience in operational roles in banks or financial institutions to identify risk operations or fraud.
  • Great analytical skills and attention to details
  • Assertive communication
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point skills
  • Basic level of English (both written and spoken)
