At TD Synnex, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and exceeding expectations.

Your fluency in English and Spanish, will be an essential asset for navigating diverse markets and fostering cross-cultural understanding.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

Be the goto expert for the brand's product line, technology solutions, and offerings for assigned customers.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize customer success and achieve agreedupon financial objectives.
Identify new opportunities for product adoption, coordinating training, seminars, and resource awareness efforts to drive demand.
Analyze and report program impact, keeping the Account Manager informed of successes, challenges, and future growth strategies.
Stay ahead of the curve by constantly updating your knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customer trends in the assigned market.
Forge valuable partnerships by cultivating and maintaining relationships with field suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken, with cultural sensitivity and nuance.
Deep product knowledge with a hunger to learn more.
Proven sales experience with 35 years of success managing small to midsize accounts of moderate complexity.
Independent initiative with the ability to selfdirect your work, perfecting sales and service tasks while building strong customer relationships.
Collaborative spirit with an understanding of the importance of teamwork and contributing meaningfully to the success of the entire work group.

Education and Certification(s):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
