You will have the opportunity to lead and transform the treasury function of a growing Retail company in Latin America, active involvement in optimizing financial processes and implementing treasury strategies to drive profitability and efficiency, exciting challenges related to working capital management, liquidity improvement, and implementing innovative solutions in the retail industry, opportunity to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with different functional areas and teams throughout the region.

We are seeking a proactive, detailed and service-oriented individual with excellent analytical ability, and oral, written and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment to join the leadership team of the Rappi Finance organization.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Support the treasury operations of the Retail company
Ensure the procure to pay and order to cash processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payments and collections.
Support accounting closing activities
Manage cash prioritization.
Manage contact with banks for the day to day business.
Work closely with Comercial teams to build a positive relation with suppliers. Exchange information with them
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Accounting, FP&A, operations, and purchasing, to ensure alignment and process optimization.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Efficiency in procure to pay: reduction in time and improvement in payment and collection
Reconciliation of revenues
Audit process
Reduction in payment issues and duplicated payments to suppliers.
Improvement in the collection process, measured by reduction in average collection time and decrease in outstanding payments.

Bien y ahora,

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury
Experience in working capital optimization and implementation of efficient processes.
Strong knowledge of treasury practices, policies, and financial regulations.
Experience dealing with banks from an operational perspective
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Attention to detail and effective problemsolving abilities.
SAP knowledge
Experience with cash pooling would be an advantage
