**Business Operations Analyst / SpecialistJuniper is seeking a well-rounded business systems analyst who can work across a broad set of internal systems to streamline operations of CALA Services Sales area.
This role will focus on supporting proper execution of bid management and services scoping process as well as focusing on data analysis to provide business insights to both sales and delivery areas.
This individual will report to the Director, Service Sales CALA.Job Experience:
- Experience working within a multicultural environment.
- Experience in endtoend Process mapping
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Knowledge of coaching and training employees in a customer service environment Knowledge in project planning and execution

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create process documentation for the CALA Services organization.
- Analyze data and feedback from multiple sources to identify trends and report back to Sales and Delivery areas
- Coordinate and provide mechanisms/dashboards for opportunity management and forecast accuracy for Service Sales team
- Support Professional Services Bid Management process for deals in CALA region
- Periodically review existing process documentation for accuracy and relevance in conjunction with key business stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Juniper on the introduction of new processes.
- Create and deliver informational updates to the wider Juniper community based on cross departmental processes. Provide process knowledge support for customer facing teams via various omnichannels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. in a businessrelated or engineering field
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus At least 1 year of Juniper process, quoting, bid management,
