Purpose of the position

As a member of the management team of Ipsen's activities, he / she contributes to sales objectives achievement, leads marketing activities in a short and mid-term vision and participate to the elaboration of the long term strategy.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Build and follow the marketing strategy to insure the product development

Design Brand Plan and Long term 5Y plan.
Create an implement the brand strategy and product positioning
Execute the brand plans ́s activities.
Comply with the sales and investment Budget.
Analize the market data to find business opportunities.
Accompaniment in field work to the sales force
Develop communication and promotion campaigns
Establish and matain relationship with KOLs.
Reinforce the synergies across all sales representatives, commercial and access team.
Coordinate logistics to enable prelaunch products sourcing and delivery to the market in cooperation with the Logistics area
Provide technical expertise, training and motivation to the field force on the products and clients that require it.
Manage relationships with local support and communication agencies
Manage relationships with opinion leaders and different associations to support the product
Identify and analyze local customer needs and market opportunities
Organize of Cycle meetings to align Marketing strategies with the sales force

Marketing tools elaboration, coordination and maximization

Promotional material elaboration
Actively participate in marketing tool and promotion trainings
Coordinate Congress and Events organization

Complying with Colombia Legislation, Ipsen ethical code, Conduct Code and Global Directive on Interactions with HCPs and HCOs.

Security and Health at Work

Participate updating of identification of dangers, evaluations and risk assessment
Participate building and executing of action plans
Promote employees understanding policies
Inform about needs of training and learning in HSE
Participate in incident investigations and work accidents
Participate in security inspections

Experience / Qualifications

Qualification:
College Degree in medice, business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or similar areas

Master's degree is desired

Prefer Degree in Marketing

Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Industry as a product manager.

Preferred:
broad understanding of Neurology

Languages:
Fluent Spanish & English
