The Position:

You will be responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the different financial documents, reports to control entities and reports to the company partners.

Oversee all financial accounting matters, closing the country books in accordance with agreed deadlines. Contribute to the integrity and control of a company's financial books.
Compliance with local fiscal requirements.
Overseeing the contract with the accounting firm & fiscal reviewer.
Management and negotiation with financial entities. Lead the monetization process. Accounts conciliation.
Responsible for both internal and external local financial and regulatory reporting.
CO budget planning and preparation.
Reports preparation and delivery to stakeholders and the managerial team.
Implement best practices, improve automation of key processes within Finance, and work with key stakeholders to institute process improvements.
Invoicing preparation and liquidation. Tax liquidations on invoices.
Production of the payroll cycle, ensuring an accurate payroll, and calculations for salary, income tax, social security, severance, and other government levies are in accordance with legislation.
CO client and suppliers onboarding.
Invoices delivery to CO clients & FSL LLC.
Payments & fixed assets purchase.
Local treasury tasks.
Inventory and depreciation of fixed assets.
Lead a team in functions and responsibilities.
Other responsibilities inherent to the position.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience with extensive experience managing financial/accounting operations.
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of GAAP, cash basis, and accrual basis accounting.
Experience with IFRS standards.
Experience working in tech.
Experience with international financial operations and taxation issues.
Indepth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters.
