    The Opportunity

    Te primary location for this position is for our corporate offices in Mexico City, but could be also based in Bogotá or Miami.

    The Content Manager LATAM will be responsible for providing the strategic approach and for leading the development and execution of high-quality, scientifically accurate, and engaging medical content to drive impactful educational for our healthcare professionals across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that content meets industry standards, deliver what matters most and what will have the most impact for HCPs and which is aligned to a specific brand's marketing priorities and objectives.

    The Content Manager LATAM will identify new content needs to effectively engage and drive behavior change across HCPs by delivering the right tactic, most relevant content, at the right timing, to the right customer, across channels, devices, and geographies.

    What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brands strategy and lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify content needs for various target audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
  • Partner with marketing, medical, and agency partners to contribute to briefing for brand content programs ripe for storytelling and atomization.
  • Ensure content strategy is aligned with program KPIs, as well as brand's benchmarks for quality and efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional partners in determining content requirements for personalization, creating experience maps to brief partners, and reviewing and validating content/messaging options.
  • Ensure all medical content is scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and complies with relevant regulations, industry guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Work closely with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals for content creation.
  • Accountable for the creation of various types of medical content, including but not limited to sales aids, presentations, videos, webinars, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, medical partners and agencies to produce content that effectively communicates complex medical information.
  • Gathers and shares best-practice across ANI to ensure consistency, high standards and excellence is maintained.
  • Develop strategies for effective content distribution across various channels, including digital platforms, conferences, and other relevant outlets.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to optimize content for online platforms.
  • Assists in the development and execution of innovative tools for internal and external communication including digital/social medical delivery.
  • Connecting with our international affiliates to understand local needs and drive activation of existing capabilities.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in science, medicine or pharmacy with experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing high resiliency on-demand and batch omni-channel content.
  • Experience providing feedback regarding both strategic alignment and creative execution to creative teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining and delivering new content approaches.
  • Experience in implementing content to change behavior and drive improved engagement.
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance privacy and legal guardrails and policies.
  • Experience working across functional teams; with matrix management, facilitation, and project management skills
