    The Opportunity

    The HR Sr Supervisor in Oriente Plant is responsible for ensure daily support on issues related to development, effective employee relations, hiring and tools necessary for the development of the employees' functions additionally partnering with Plant Manager to execute strategic talent plans that support the needs and priorities of the business and deliver on the people and transformation agenda and to be a key partner in the search for the proper functioning of MOTOR.

    As HR Ops Sr Supervisor - Guarne, your responsibilities would consist of ...

  • Manage (implement, maintain) core HR processes within areas of responsibility to support the Company's strategic objectives and to ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance in the PepsiCo core HR processes.
  • Ensure the diagnosis of the opportunities of the areas it serves to develop solutions and implement appropriate plans and strategies at a regional and local level.
  • Guide leaders and collaborators regarding the guidelines, policies, values and HR programs to ensure that procedures are handled in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Partner with the SDT ́s teams to source and staff a diverse and highly skilled workforce to ensure a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace.
  • Establish credibility and trust among regional /local management and employees.
  • Maintain a healthy work environment by leading the implementation of innovative programs oriented to promote frontline staff engagement.
  • Lead the labor agenda protecting the business and our associates.
  • Implementation of programs, events and/or activities that promote the welfare of the people.
  • Administration of the casino making local adjustments in favor of service improvement.
  • Raise issues with internal HR areas that affect the sustainability of the business
  • Qualifications

  • Proved English proficiency.
