    We are looking for will-driven and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

    Responsibilities

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Conduct phone screen and remote/onsite interviews with applicants.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Endorses successful applicants to the next stage accordingly and actively engage the candidates to be online and prompt for the next assessments.
  • Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers including applicant tracking system.
  • Qualifications

  • At least 6 months to 1 year Recruitment Experience in BPO/call center particularly with volume hiring.
  • Fast learner, team player and self governed.
  • Can work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task.
  • Meticulous attitude and very keen to details
  • Good people skills.
  • Resilient and with good mental fortitude.
  • Knowledge with applicant experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in conducting Behavioral Interviews is a plus.
  • Has the ability to ask the right questions and with good probing skills.
  • Must be willing to work on mid afternoon shift.
  • Experience in using Google Suite is a plus - google sheets and documents is prefered.
  • Must be willing to work onsite
