Social Media Expert Overview:

Social Media Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our clients platform to ensure that content adheres to community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates established parameters.

This role is key to ensuring a positive social experience for all users.

Participate in frequent refresher training to consistently implement appropriate policies.
Provide trends and insights to develop overall process improvements and make recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
RequisitosWho are you?An advanced Portuguese and Spanish speaker.
An intermediate English speaker.
An empathetic, responsible, and proactive person.
Someone who has multi-tasking skills and the ability to solve any situation.
