- Analyze credit information to determine customers' credit limits for maximizing profitable sales while minimizing losses
- Consult and negotiate with customers to enhance financial controls, recommend sources of working capital, and establish special credit arrangements and payment plans
- Develop strategies for credit restrictions and collections on high-risk, slow-paying, and delicate accounts
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables based on sales terms and conditions
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit management
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering results
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
