What this job involves
TM lead to manage the relationship and assignment with new account in Lima, Peru. JLL has been chosen for a portfolio optimization and disposal project which encompasses 90 locations in Peru. The assignment will also include lease acquisitions and desktop valuations.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Transaction Manager to join our team:

Lima, Peru.

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Transaction Management role will be working and managing the relationship with an important JLL Corporate Client.

This professional will have the opportunity to learn and get involved with one of our main clients, delivering real estate transactions and strategy services in Peru.

What is your day to day?
Provide comprehensive real estate strategy, portfolio optimization initiatives and excellence in transaction management delivery.
Responsible for kick-off and management of the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions and freehold sale dispositions.

Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokers.

Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection site evaluation and sale disposition efforts
Manage the creation of RFP's, negotiation of letters of intent, and submission of information required for client's senior management.

Work closely with JLL local teams to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights of your client business needs and culture.

Project Tracking and Milestones.
Forecast and track commission revenues and rebates.
Ensure all client processes and templates are adopted and adhered to during project cycle.
Report to and update client on activity levels as required.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.

Help to present to the client periodic strategic reviews (QBRs) and real estate opportunities such as costs savings plans, best practices, master planning and overall portfolio strategies.

Develop strong peer relationships and gain the confidence of the client.

Desired experience and technical skills
Real estate professional with experience working in commercial property (experience working with office and retail is optimal).
A degree holder with a minimum 3 years of real estate experience, preferably with international exposure.
Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Commercially aware and financially astute.
Understanding of the real estate transaction process.
Excellent communication skills.
Financial planning and analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent English.
