Job summary
We are searching for the best talent for Analyst, Source to Contract. The Analyst Source-to-Contract will collaborate with the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization to deliver results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.The role performs duties related to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic sourcing plan from assisting with contract negotiation through executing cost reduction strategies. You will conduct day-to-day operations including sourcing event management price negotiation contract drafting stakeholder management activities delivering against defined service levels ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory legal policies procedures collaborating multiple departments development execution strategies plans that improve profitability competitive position utilizing market intelligence risk assessments driving continuous improvements user experience effectiveness efficiency assigned areas responsibility supports automation AI initiatives building relationships internal customers external suppliers understanding their business objectives providing support addressing needs.
