Solvo Global we are looking for a
Comissions Analyst to join our team


Responsabilities:


  • Become proficient in multiple commission management systems utilized by the company including entering commission data, updating status of existing policies and reviewing reports.
  • Provide daily support and communication to the team to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete commission assignments with keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Evaluate status ongoing for appropriate next steps and act accordingly be it outreach to a carrier, broker or internal team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel (and other tools as necessary) to prepare and analyze reports of delinquent commission payments for submission to insurance carrier.
  • Other assignments and responsibilities as necessary
  • Ensure compensation calculations are timely communicated to sales teams and brokers and that feedback mechanisms are in place and accurate.

Skills:


  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Desire to continuously learn, take on a wide range of tasks and grow with our company.
