About us
The Real Estate Sales Academy, led by Vikram Deol, is on a mission to transform real estate sales through innovative training and development.
We're searching for a highly organized, patient, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and manage office operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This hybrid role requires a balance of working from our CEO's home office in Medellin and remotely.Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence to ensure a zero inbox goal. Assist with day-to-day operations and maintain office efficiency.

Marketing and Communication: Assist in developing marketing materials, managing social media content, and enhancing client engagement. Support the CEO in PR activities, including securing podcast appearances and speaking engagements.

Data and KPI Management: Compile, analyze, and report on various data sets, including sales and team performance metrics. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting.

Client Success Management: Oversee client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction processes. Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement systems for improved productivity. Manage technology setups and office software, including CRM and project management tools.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in office technology and software, including GSuite, CRM platforms, project management tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership and problemsolving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
