El RDC – Accounting & Tax Junior Assistant apoyará en tareas contables y fiscales, garantizando el registro adecuado de información, elaboración de reportes, manejo de Excel y apoyo en procesos de cierre. Es un rol ideal para perfiles junior, con 6 meses de experiencia y ganas de desarrollarse en contabilidad internacional.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Apoyar en el registro contable y elaboración de reportes.
- Procesar asientos, accruals y asignaciones de manera precisa.
- Colaborar en conciliaciones de cuentas e informes.
- Apoyar en cierres mensuales y anuales.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas contables locales y políticas internas.
- Coordinar con equipos internos mediante workflows/correo.
- Atender consultas y dar seguimiento a requerimientos.
- Contribuir a metas de productividad y exactitud del equipo.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua.
Requisitos Clave
- Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de Contaduría (últimos semestres) o carrera finalizada.
- 6 meses de experiencia en contabilidad (prácticas o experiencia laboral).
- Conocimientos de principios contables y NIIF.
- Manejo de Excel: fórmulas y tablas dinámicas.
- Habilidad analítica, atención al detalle y manejo de plazos.
- Alto nivel de responsabilidad y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Deseable: experiencia con ERP.
