    We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated

    Engagement Analyst (Talent Analyst)

    to join the team, to be responsible for analyzing the work environment and identify areas for improvement. Support the creation of a positive and productive work environment by analyzing and improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

    Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:

    Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

    Analyze survey results and develop data-driven recommendations to address any employee concerns or issues.

    Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement.

    Collaborate with management and Talent to address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.


    Support in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.

    Monitor and analyze employee turnover and retention rates, and provide recommendations for improvement

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to organizational climate analysis

    Identify reasons for employee turnover, including exit interviews, surveys, and employee feedback.

    Provide psychological support and counseling to employees experiencing mental health concerns.

    Support the development and implementation of programs to promote employee well-being and mental health.

    Provide account support when necessary, especially in cases of group difficulties and low performance

    Conduct account interventions, offboarding processes and trainings according to the necessity


    Why We'll Love You:
    Bachelor's degree in psychology.

    Minimum B1+ level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with others

    Experience in organizational psychology, at least 6 months.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

    Emotional intelligence, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Knowledge in crisis intervention or psychological support
