EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota CO.

We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner and a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, change management, employee engagement, compensation, and talent management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from a fouryear college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles
Knowledgeable in all Colombian HR legislations (benefits, retention, engagement, etc.)
Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level

Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters
Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes
Streamline the HR process and drive automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to function in a fastpaced environment and work under pressure
Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate
Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
