Position Overview

We are in search of an Operations Lead who will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team by undertaking a broad range of tasks and projects.

This role is perfect for a flexible, highly organized individual who is ready to jump into any task with enthusiasm and efficiency.

From conducting research and managing databases to communicating with clients and coordinating projects, you'll be our go-to person for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of tasks as directed by management, ranging from administrative duties to project coordination and client communication.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
• Manage and update records, databases, and CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Assist in the organization and facilitation of meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and followup actions.
• Support various teams in executing their daytoday functions and projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our remote work environment, including troubleshooting minor technical issues and coordinating with IT support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a support role, with a track record of effectively managing a wide range of tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Techsavvy, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
• Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Latin America, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
