Acerca del rol

Responsable de dar soporte a todos los proyectos del area de Recursos Humanos, con enfoque en procesos administrativos, mejoramiento y de documentación.

Responsabilidades

Apoyo en la funciones adminsitrativas del área de recursos humanos
Apoyo en comunicación corporativa
Apoyar en el desarrollo de eventos.
Manejo y control de bases de datos para documentar proceso administrativos

Ser proactivo
Investigar, preguntar, involucrarse, proponer
Con interés de aprender y/o conocimiento sobre el área de Recursos Humanos
Manejo y entendimiento de herramientas digitales

Qualifications:

Estudiante de último semestre de las carreras: Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

Liberación de prácticas por APRENDIZAJE:

Inglés intermedio
Paquetería de Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio-Avanzado)
