    What the day will look like

    The Finance Analyst is responsible for ensure integrity in all the transactions being in line with Accounting Principles and Corporate / local policies and procedures.

  • Ensure the availability of funds for timely payment to suppliers, payroll, taxes and others, per the scheduled payment dates.
  • Schedule and make payments through the company systems and banking platforms.
  • Control and optimize the monetary resources of the company, through the planning and administration of cash flows, anticipating the need for loans and / or coordinating the investments.
  • Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning.
  • Support the relationship with the local financial institutions and other formalities, as well as the appropriate physical file of documentation.
  • Manage the credit cards of the company.
  • Support for Corporate and local compliance and reports.
  • Prepare reports and information for Corporate, internal, and external auditors and other institutions that require related information.
  • Responsible to review all banks reconciliations and verifying the root cause of discrepancies and other related differences.
  • Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Studies: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or finance related.
  • Experience: 4 years
  • Technological Tools: Excel, power Bi
