- Schedule and make payments through the company systems and banking platforms.
- Control and optimize the monetary resources of the company, through the planning and administration of cash flows, anticipating the need for loans and / or coordinating the investments.
- Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning.
- Support the relationship with the local financial institutions and other formalities, as well as the appropriate physical file of documentation.
- Manage the credit cards of the company.
- Support for Corporate and local compliance and reports.
- Prepare reports and information for Corporate, internal, and external auditors and other institutions that require related information.
- Responsible to review all banks reconciliations and verifying the root cause of discrepancies and other related differences.
- Studies: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or finance related.
