The Strategy, Planning and Analytics team is responsible for leading the planning and target setting processes, ensuring progress towards goals, making sure resources are adequately allocated, and generating insights and tools to help drive value and efficiency across Rappi.

SP&A works alongside the different teams, such as Commercial, Operations, Product and Marketing to ensure adequate goal setting, strong planning and disciplined follow-up takes place along the quarter.

The team analyzes the effect of input metrics on the Ads business, helps coordinate cross-functional work to meet the vertical's plan, leads investment prioritization and implements tools and practices to support decision making and drive efficiency on the day-to-day at Rappi.


We're in search of a resourceful, analytic and passionate person to lead the planning and forecasting processes within the Ads SP&A team.

This is a key role within the Ads team, with significant exposure to leadership, great potential for career growth and the opportunity to generate a lot of value for Ads and the organization as a whole.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

  • Drive and prioritize Ads and Rappi's most important initiatives
  • Lead the development of metrics to drive the success of the Ads business and their respective weekly tracking, leveraging Rappi's extensive data capabilities
  • Create business cases and financial models for Ads initiatives, in alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals
  • Drive target setting across the business unit and in accordance with Rappi's goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop and continuously update our forecasting and planning models, looking to evolve modeling as business requires
  • Lead the planning process connecting the different areas, to build a solid cohesive plan for the quarter
  • Identify key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and establish agreements with them and their respective areas
  • Identify execution risks and find resources in the company to unblock them
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Operations to support development of each team's plans to achieve Ads and Rappi's goals
