Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Lead Customer Value Offer definitions for the different segments of Andinos, accelerating depth and breath of the model, impulsing granularity and driving precision, connecting with the different stakeholders to ensure optimal landing, deployment and tracking.

All above while maintaining alignment with the strategic framework of the model, defined by the sector and guarantee local needs.


Your Impact
As Perfect Store Deployment Leader your responsibilities would consist of

  • Lead model expansion pacing in terms of depth and breath, delivering input for ACP/PSP ensuring OU commercial leaders are engaged and aligned.
  • Lead Customer Value Offer definitions for all segments, enabling inclusive and efficient ways of working to connect all required stakeholder's input, facilitating landing with deployment teams.
  • Connect with Picture of Success team, enabling optimal and timely service for digital solutions development (rendering, 3D POS animations, training videos and others)
  • Manage capabilities business definitions, balancing sectorial guidelines and local requirements, mainly for IT solutions, Management model and Training, guaranteeing optimal deployment and sustainability of the model.
  • Maintain harmonization with segmentation taxonomy, execution standards & tracking KPI's defined by the sector, enabling scalability of technological capabilities
  • Lead Perfect Store Training Agenda.
  • Support Perfect Store agenda thru tech enablers.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years of sales strategy, sales execution, trade marketing, commercial planning and/or sales capabilities experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization.
  • Considerable knowledge of the sales organization structure and nonwritten operating laws.
  • Organizational savvy to manage and balance different stakeholder's agendas.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles across different nature of audiences, from top management to sales FL
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Analytical skills & Strategic mindset
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus but not required.
