We are searching the best talent for FINANCE MANAGER GLOBAL SERVICES LATAM to be in Bogota.

Purpose:


The Finance Manager Global Services LATAM will provide overall financial leadership to Global Services (GS) Latin America (LATAM) organization located in both Colombia, Brazil and local markets all over LATAM.

In this role YOU and your team will support the whole Global Services organization - finance, HR and procurement functions.

The position is a critical component of Global Services through tracking, managing, and reporting GS spend, investments and financials.

In this role YOU and your team also create financial operational metrics to drive GS operational efficiency; provides cost transparency to business leaders to demonstrate GS value.

The role has high exposure to regional business leaders, GS leaders and global function leads. As well YOU are leading and developing great team of 4 professionals based in Bogota.


You will be responsible for:


  • Direct financial responsibility for supporting Global Services (GS) Finance, HR and Procurement in LATAM
  • Providing holistic regional financial insights to GS business leaders in LATAM to make business decisions
  • Lead key financial processes such as Business Plan, forecast update and actual reporting, provide timely visibility of actual financial performance vs. commitments
  • Lead overall financials for overall GS Business Process Outsourcing account
  • Lead principle & host model chargeout process on for both forecast and actuals
  • Develop financial metrics to continue drive GS cost efficiency
  • Lead implementation of new technology and operational improvement
  • Oversee financial management for Bogota and Brazil GS Hubs
  • Bogota building, and other nonGS activities within the Hub
  • Lead controlling activities and SOX controls for both Bogota & Brazil Hubs
  • Lead cash flow assessment for both Hubs and hedging process
  • Lead a staff of 4 employees, responsible for talent recruitment, development, and advancement

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or Masters is a plus
  • A minimum of 8+ years overall experience is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • A minimum of 5 years of previous people management is required
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is preferred
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills are required
  • Ability to influence outcomes with senior finance management is required
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple requirements is a must
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnership with stakeholders, including nonfinance leaders
  • Strong people development and performance leadership skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are strongly preferred
  • A CPA and/or CMA are preferred
  • Estimated travel is expected to range 10% (both domestic and international)
